Bible Study and Prayer Time“Hebrews – Bridging the Old and the New”
Wednesday evenings 7:00 - 8:30. Come explore God’s Word with us. Contact Pastor Greg for more info - or sign up in the foyer
This week Carlin Weinhauser will be with us from Mennonite Brethren Mission (April 18th)

NOTE: We are trying something new! We are looking for people to help out with the Alpha meal each week. Would you be willing to make a meal (soup is suggested) for one of the Alpha meetings? We ask that there be enough for 6 people. You can prepare and serve it – or you can freeze it and deliver it Carolyn ahead of time. (There is a sign-up sheet in the foyer.)

NOTE: New prayer cards (called “Care Cards”) have been placed in the pockets of the chairs for your use. Please feel free to fill them out and place them in the offering plate or in the “mail box” at the back.

Church need: Is anyone interested in volunteering to care for the church lawn? We are looking for someone to cut the grass 2-4 times per month through the summer months - depending on the weather.
Contact Steve or Pastor Greg for details

SASKATCHEWAN CONFERENCE OF MENNONITE BRETHREN CHURCHES
Celebrating Five Years
Praise the Lord for the amazing team of Pastors who serve in our Saskatchewan MB Churches. Today the congregation at Beechy is celebrating the past five years of ministry that Associate Pastor Kelly and his wife Lani Wiens have poured into their church family and into their community.

MENNONITE BRETHREN MISSION
John & Evelyn Wiens are serving God in Ukraine. Pray for them to have times of refreshing and that God would fill their cups as they continually pour themselves out. Pray for the New Hope Center’s plans for a Vocational Center, and provision for all of these needs.

THE CANADIAN CONFERENCE OF MENNONITE BRETHREN CHURCHES
Next week is Administrative Professionals Week. Take time to pray for the church administrators that work behind the scenes to keep ministries running smoothly and thank God for their hard work and service.

MENNONITE CENTRAL COMMITTEE
MCC Connects - Simunye is a 4 week learning tour for young adults ages 18-25 in South Africa in July.  Participants grow in faith as global Christians, foster an ethic of service, and engage in cross-cultural learning while working alongside MCC's South African partners.  Check out mccsk.org/simunye. Applications accepted in March of 2012.
